We want to make sure that our auctions are operating properly. This is to ensure the best experience for all of our buyers and sellers.
First, enter the amount you would like to offer for the bike or part. The auction will automatically update and show your bid. The minimum increase over the amount of the previous offer may vary according to the auction (on motorcycles it will be a minimum of 100 euros and on spare parts a minimum of 20 euros). The amount you enter is the amount you WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY if you win the auction.
You will receive an email notification if someone has passed you. You can also view the live auctions you are bidding on in the Auctions tab of your user account panel.

You will receive an email from our commercial department with the final closing of the agreement. This email will contain the final amount to be paid, available payment methods, and a shipping costs calculator that will help simplify the process, if you wish.

For the payment of the winning auction we will accept bank transfer, cash (if the situation allows it) and Paypal. The rates generated in the forms of payment will go to the buyer’s account. However, our commercial department can advise the best way for you to minimize these expenses. Payment must be made in the currency indicated by the seller.
In the final stages of the auction, last minute bids will continue to extend the auction by 2 minutes. So everyone can make their last maximum bid! In addition, it allows the Seller to reduce the reservation in the last 5 minutes of the auction.
We do not allow cancellations for any reason. Please ensure that your offer is 100% correct and that you will not change your mind.
If an auction does not meet the minimum sale (reservation) amount and you are still interested, please contact us. We will try to reach an agreement with the seller. We will do our best to find a price and a deal beneficial to both parties.
Unless the seller specifically states that a “buy it now” option is available, all listings must follow the auction format. Sellers cannot sell their products on any other platforms while an auction is running. If you want to buy the motorcycle, make sure you’re the highest bidder.
As long as the motorcycle or part is in one of our warehouses, you can check it in person. Please contact us to schedule an inspection. If the motorcycle is too far from your location, please do not hesitate to contact our commercial department. We will assist you with the information you need
Our company has its own motorcycles, as well as motorcycles that we manage on behalf of our clients. When the motorcycle belongs to our company, or if it is in one of our warehouses, we can always offer you more detailed information and you can see it in person. If it belongs to a client, we will help you with all the information you need. We will facilitate the closing of an agreement between both parties to make it as easy and safe as possible. When one of these sellers belongs to our VIP club, we will keep you informed for your safety.
Yes, once the agreement is closed and the sales commission has been paid, we can put you in contact with the seller, if you wish.
The auction prices on our website are NET PRICES. The sales commission will be paid by the seller of the motorcycle. Transport costs and VAT (only Europe if necessary) will be borne by the Buyer. If you have any questions prior to bidding about possible expenses, please send us an email and our commercial department will advise you
It costs 50€ – 60$ for a registered seller to list a bike for auction. For VIP clients and for clients who have contract exclusive managing sales, the listing is completely free.
Once the bike as been sold, the commission must be paid by the seller. Commission is 7% of the final amount. We will discount the listing cost of the final amount in case the bike has been sold.

Before publishing an auction, we must have all the necessary data and photos. This is to ensure that we provide the maximum information to the buyers and to improve the overall experience. From this moment on, your auction will be published in the next 10-15 days.
Our company prepares the contracts between the buyer and seller once the auction ends. Both will receive further instructions and suggestions for the next steps including payment, shipping, and packaging. In addition, our company can mediate payments, shipments, packaging, as well as other services.
Our company is specialized in exclusive motorcycles. It is the market that we know best, so in order to offer the best service and quality, we try to only work with motorcycles of this caliber. It is important to be able to verify the quality and authenticity of the models, through photos and proof of ownership.
A reservation is the lowest net price the seller will accept. This price will NOT include our commission.
We sell motorcycles worldwide and serve customers from any country. Normally we try to manage all motorcycles from our branches in Europe and USA. However, we can attend auctions on demand from other places.
No. Once the auction begins, the terms cannot be modified. We can only decrease the reserve amount during the last 5 min upon request, although we strongly do not recommend this.
In the event that the motorcycle is not sold, but the price is very close to the “Reserve” amount, we will offer you the opportunity to contact the highest bidder and to try and reach an understanding by both parties to close the agreement.

For our clients under the managing sales program, we offer photos and videos of all motorcycles that are on consignment in one of our warehouses.
If you cannot consign the motorcycle, we will send an instruction sheet to take photos of your motorcycle, including tips on which areas to focus on, what is required, lighting tips and ideal angles. We always recommend taking photos with a clean and tidy motorcycle. The images you provide are likely to help your auction results noticeably.
Spreading and sharing the auction with your own network and followers is one of the best methods.
Our team will work to answer customer questions, and to distribute information about our auctions to our extensive network of motorcycle enthusiasts, collectors, and museums. So it is important to have all the information about the bike.
Amatumoto reserves the right to protect itself from sellers and buyers and to exonerate itself of any claim in the event of a failed auction due to server crash, domains, or other force majeure problems. In the event that this or a similar problem occurs during an auction, an attempt will be made to reset the problem as soon as possible. Once resolved, Amatumoto will decide together with the seller whether to restart the auction in its entirety or from the point where the problem occurred
